GLOW: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu Research Blend Guide

What is GLOW?

GLOW is a pre-blended three-peptide research vial containing BPC-157 (10 mg), TB-500 (10 mg), and GHK-Cu (50 mg), supplied as a single lyophilised powder for one-step reconstitution. The blend was assembled around the three most heavily co-investigated peptides in soft-tissue, angiogenesis, and extracellular-matrix research, with the practical advantage of a single reconstitution and single handling step rather than three separate vials. UK Peptide Lab supplies GLOW with third-party HPLC documentation reporting purity for each component individually.

The Three Component Peptides

GLOW combines three peptides that are mechanistically distinct but share overlapping research interest in tissue repair models. BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound, 15 amino acids) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a fragment of human gastric juice protein. It is studied principally in models of soft-tissue repair, gastrointestinal mucosal integrity, and angiogenesis through nitric oxide and VEGF interactions. See the BPC-157 research guide for full mechanism detail. TB-500 (a 17-amino-acid synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4) corresponds to the actin-binding domain of the parent protein. It is studied in cell-migration, angiogenesis, and tissue remodelling research models. The TB-500 vs BPC-157 comparison examines the two peptides side-by-side. GHK-Cu (Glycine-Histidine-Lysine copper complex) is a copper-binding tripeptide naturally present in human plasma. It is studied in collagen synthesis, extracellular matrix remodelling, and gene-expression research, with copper-dependent enzymatic activity at the centre of its proposed mechanism. See the GHK-Cu copper peptide research guide for further context.

The Co-Administration Rationale

The three peptides are frequently combined in research protocols because their mechanisms are complementary rather than overlapping. BPC-157 acts on growth factor and nitric oxide pathways. TB-500 acts on actin regulation and cell migration. GHK-Cu acts on extracellular matrix remodelling and copper-dependent enzymatic processes. Research models examining tissue repair through multiple mechanisms simultaneously can therefore use the three peptides to probe parallel pathways within a single experiment. The pre-blended vial format removes a source of practical variability. Three separately reconstituted vials require three independent dose calculations and three separate handling steps; a single pre-blended vial reduces that to one calculation and one reconstitution, which is useful in screening protocols and dose-response studies where consistency between replicates is important.

Research Applications

GLOW is studied in research models of soft-tissue repair, post-injury angiogenesis, connective-tissue regeneration, and skin/dermal biology. The combination of BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu covers the main mechanistic axes investigated in regenerative-peptide research: growth-factor signalling, actin-based cell migration, and matrix remodelling. Researchers studying isolated single-mechanism effects should select the individual peptide rather than the blend; researchers studying combined-pathway responses, or seeking a positive-control regenerative formulation against which to compare novel compounds, may find the blend more practical.

Laboratory Handling

GLOW is supplied as a single 70 mg lyophilised vial. Store at -20°C prior to reconstitution. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water by slowly injecting the diluent down the inner wall of the vial and swirling gently. Never shake. Store the reconstituted solution at 2-8°C and use within 4 weeks. Note that the GHK-Cu component will produce a characteristic blue colour in solution, which is normal and expected. See the peptide reconstitution guide for detailed methodology.
