Referral Programme
Programme terms
Short version: give your mates 15% off, get 15% back in credit on their first order and 10% on every order after. Don't refer yourself, don't make claims about the products, and don't post your code on coupon sites.
How commission works
You earn 15% of the order total as store credit when someone places their first order using your code, and 10% of every order they place after that. Credit is confirmed when the order is dispatched. Orders that are pending payment show as pending credit until they ship.
Store credit
Credit is spendable on anything at ukpeptidelab.co.uk and applies automatically at checkout when you order with your registered email. Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be withdrawn as money. New accounts receive £5 starter credit, redeemable against a real order like any other credit.
No self-referral
You cannot use your own code, and orders placed with your own email address never earn commission. Attempting to self-refer through alternate emails or addresses will result in the credit being voided and may result in account suspension.
Refunds and chargebacks
If a referred order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the commission earned on it is reversed. If the credit was already spent, the reversal can take your balance to zero.
One code per order
Referral codes cannot be combined with other discount codes. The customer gets whichever single code they enter at checkout.
Promotion rules
All products are for research use only. When sharing your code you must not make any claims about consumption, dosing, or effects. Do not post your code on coupon or deal aggregator sites. Do not run paid ads using our brand name. Breaking these rules ends the account.
Programme changes
We may adjust commission rates, the customer discount, or these terms with notice on this page. Credit already earned is never reduced by a rate change. We may suspend accounts that abuse the programme.
